John M. Price received Frances Price's interest in Richard Price, Sr. estate on Sept. 3, 1867. John received his father's share of Thomas and Jane Price's estate because John's father, Richard, son of Thomas and Jane, had died in 1855. John got interest in the estate of Richard Price from Frances Sword on Dec. 5, 1883. John got interest in the estate of Richard Price from Michael and Jane Sword on Dec. 5, 1883. John got interest in 4 tracts of land from Susan and Henry Sword on Feb. 7, 1860. John got interest in 4 tracts of land from James and Margaret Sturgill on Feb. 7, 1860.
